What to Expect in my Classes

I will be cooking “next to you”, and I will guide you through the whole cooking process (not only showing you what to do, but teaching you about every cooking technique that we use while we navigate the recipe). You may choose to cook alongside Chef Pablo or to just watch the demonstration.

Please feel free to stop me at any time and ask about anything (there are no obvious questions in my class). Questions make the class more interesting and I love curious people (...and to talk, I love to talk! You’ll learn that about me)!

All purchases are final. Class size is limited to 30 attendees or households.

​

If you are interested in a private class (for home cooks or corporate team building cooking classes), lets us know! 

The classes can be virtual or if you want, I can go to where you are (option limited to the United States)!

How to Prepare for the Class

Seven (7) days prior to the class start date, you will receive an email with a Zoom link, the full recipe, the shopping and equipment/tool list (if you can’t find an ingredient or don’t have certain tool let us know, we will figure it out together!) Please note: If you register within 7 days of the class, please allow up to 24 hours to receive our email.

In order to make the class more fluid and fun, we’ll ask you to have certain ingredients (that will be marked in the recipe) already weighted. This way, we can spend more time cooking, and less time getting ready to cook.
